SPRINGFIELD, GA | 2024 GMC Sierra 1500August 29, 2025I made an appointment for an oil change for 10:30. The service person told me they were backed up. It took over two hours for a oil change and a itire rotation. It should not take over an hour for that type of service. I thouht that was the reason for making an appointment. PEMBROKE, GA | 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HDAugust 25, 20253 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Probably would have been longer but my sales man got involved. STATESBORO, GA | 2018 Chevrolet TahoeAugust 25, 2025I was only given 1 option and that was the most expensive one..I was told the only way was to Replace my whole transmission for $7700 when I got another opinion from another certified GM technician I was told I could replace the torque converter and its components for not even a quarter of the price!
