WAYNESBORO, GA | 2024 Chevrolet TraverseJanuary 25, 2026Terrible! I arrived at 10:30 am, my appointment time. At 1pm I asked about the status of my vehicle only to find it that there was no file on it and they didn't know where my car was. Finally my vehicle and playwright was located and my vehicle was checked in at 1:53 pm. I asked how long it would take and was told it skittles be fine by 4 or 5pm at the latest. At 4:17 pm I received a text stating the wrong part was ordered. I should have been told by 11 am the wrong part was ordered, not held there all day for nothing. What was the point of having an appointment time for 10:30 am if no one was even going to look at my car until 4pm?Response from Franklin Chevrolet GMC in the Boro
